We will gladly accept returns for a full refund with no restocking fee within 14 days from the date you received your package.

Please contact us at 805-496-2299 before you ship any item back to us so that we can provide the return authorization.  All items must be packed safely and securely with the original boxes, certifications, and any paperwork that it came with. Once we receive the jewelry, we will check the condition of the item (it must be in original condition), and we will issue a refund within 3 days of receipt. You are responsible for all return shipment costs, including insurance. Any item modified can not be returned. Those sales are “all final, no returns”.

 

Damage

Each Joposh item has been photographed and documented and is packed to provide a safe-free delivery. If there is any damage to your purchase when you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours.

 

Returning a package to Joposh

If you need to return an item to Joposh for a full-refund, there are several steps you should follow to make sure your package is received by us properly.

Place your jewelry inside its original Joposh packaging. Place that into another USPS Priority Mail box or similar non-USPS box so it does not move around and is secure within the package and wrapped well. Place all other items securely in the original packaging (or similar) with proper insulation to avoid any damage in the return shipping.

Please obtain a USPS receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped. Please purchase insurance with your label. This receipt will act as your proof of insurance.
