Return Policy

At Joposh, we take pride in offering a carefully curated selection of pre-owned jewelry and unique treasures. Each piece is inspected for quality, authenticity, and condition so that you can shop with confidence. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we do not accept returns except under the specific circumstances listed below.


When Returns Are Accepted

We will gladly accept a return if any of the following apply:

  • Item Not as Described – If the piece you receive is significantly different from the description or photos provided on our website.

  • Undisclosed Damage – If the item has damage or defects beyond what was disclosed at the time of purchase.

  • Damaged During Shipping – If your order arrives damaged due to issues during transit.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order by emailing joelrichman54@gmail.com.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the item, and a clear explanation of the issue.

  3. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions and a return shipping label. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition they were received

  • Unworn, unaltered, and with any tags or packaging included

  • Shipped back using the provided return label within the time frame specified by our team


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our jewelry is pre-owned and often one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
