Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Quality Check: Because our jewelry is pre-owned and individually curated, each piece is given a final inspection before shipping.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Carriers Used: We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the value of the item.

  • Tracking Information: As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier service. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.


Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited options may be available at an additional cost.

  • Free Shipping: Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — check our website or sign up for our newsletter to be notified.


International Shipping

At this time, Joposh ships to U.S. addresses only. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing, please contact us at joelrichman54@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us so we can help initiate a claim with the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the item.

  3. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with our Return Policy.
