Montblanc Fountain Pen,  Marcel Proust Limited Edition Writer Series 18kt Nib Medium. The pen is in excellent condition. It's is in great condition and has been in a safe deposit box since 2001. I decided not to re-polish the tarnished sterling silver as I did not want it to have an odor, but this will polish like new using proper polish material.

 A French writer Marcel Proust model who wrote "The Guermantes Way" that influenced the literature of the 20th century. The rhodium-coated nib is engraved with an hourglass that symbolizes "time." The eight-sided body uses sterling silver, which is the first in the writer series.

Originally made in a limited number serial #17940/21000 pieces in 1999.
