This beautiful mosaic inlay necklace designed by San Felipe Pueblo, artist, Charlene Reano, and Santo Domingo Pueblo. These well renowned artists used double sided shell inlay, with sugilite, lapis and shell for ornamentation, in addition to turquoise, spiny oyster and mother of pearl on the reverse side.

Charlene created a contemporary version with seventy long angular tabs that lay together. She designed this reversible piece using the traditional materials of inlaid turquoise and mother of pearl on one side, turquoise, lapis lazuli, spiny oyster, and mother of pearl adorn the reverse side.

Small purple spiny oyster beads lay on the outside of the inlay tabs. The necklace measures 18" long, with a 2" long chain on one side to adjust the length if needed. A total of 70 bars make up this equisite Native American Indian necklce. The longest bar is 3" with the shortest being 1" long. This is a one of a kind necklace. This was purchased new in 2005 for $5,400.00 and has only increased in value (Original purchase receipt will accompany the necklace).

This is a showpiece necklace with two very distinct looks that will surely be the showcase of any event you attend. This necklace has a weight of 320.3 grams.
